Larry D. Griffin Jr., better known as Symbolyc One or S1, is a record producer from Waco, Texas. S1 founded the group Strange Fruit Project and is signed to Kanye West’s Very GOOD Beats as a producer. S1 learned how to play music in high school and the Sunday School at his church. In 2010, S1 received his Associated Degree in Audio Engineering.
As a platinum selling producer, S1 has worked with artists such as Beyonce, Kanye West, Jay Z, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, Skylar Grey, Madonna, and Babyface among others. His biggest collaborations include:
